These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of matzo.store and any purchase you make from Matzo. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Matzo is an online store that sells lawn mowers, including gas walk-behind mowers, cordless electric self-propelled mowers, and riding lawn tractors, to customers in the United States. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

3. Products and information

We try to show each product’s photos, description, specifications, and price accurately. Colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen, and minor design changes can occur. If we find an error in a product listing, we will correct it and contact you if it affects your order. Please review the product details and make sure the product suits your lawn, terrain, and storage space before you order. If you are not sure which mower or tractor suits your lawn, contact us and we will help you choose.

4. Product availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

5. Prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. If an order is placed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is unavailable, a price or listing is wrong, payment fails, information is incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Delivery

We deliver within the United States as described in our Shipping Policy. Orders are usually handled in 2–3 business days, transit takes 5–7 business days, and total delivery is usually 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it ships by emailing support@matzo.store. After that, please use the return process in our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Safe use and assembly

Lawn mowers and riding lawn tractors are powerful machines and can cause serious injury or damage if used incorrectly. Unless the product page says otherwise, assembly and set-up are your responsibility. You are responsible for reading the owner’s manual and all safety instructions before use, wearing suitable protective equipment, keeping children and pets away from the work area, using, fueling or charging, and maintaining the product as the manufacturer instructs, and following applicable laws and local regulations, including any rules on fuel, batteries, and emissions that apply where you live. Do not use a product if you cannot operate it safely. If you are not sure how to assemble or operate a machine safely, use a qualified professional.

12. Warranty

Warranty details for each product, if any, are shown on its product page or provided with the product. If no warranty is stated, the product is sold without an express warranty from Matzo, except for any warranties that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Your information

Please give us accurate and complete information when you order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

14. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, including using it for fraud or unlawful activity, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the site, scraping it without permission, or submitting false or misleading information. We may restrict access where necessary.

15. Intellectual property

The content on matzo.store, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Matzo or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission.

16. Third-party services

We use third-party services for payment, shipping, hosting, analytics, and security. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

18. Website availability and disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Matzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

20. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, government actions, or technical failures. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce their impact.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
